Everyone get excited (and prepared), tomorrow is National Eat Ice Cream for Breakfast Day!
Which you may or may not know is a nationally celebrated holiday that occurs on the first Saturday of every February (Tomorrow: February 5, 2011 )
Any excuse to have ice cream is good with me. I was thinking maybe a little something like this
Oh, or maybe even this: A little pancake with my ice cream!
Working at an elementary school I learn about all sorts of fun days like this...
