Last weekend after all that had happened I was desperate to just lay in the sun and relax. To make it interesting, I also wanted to be able to bring Henry with us and let him try swimming for the first time...

After some google searching Winship found us JUST the place!

We drove out over the Bay Bridge to a place called Terrapin State Park,  it has miles of beaches on the Chesapeake Bay, marsh lands and lots of hiking and biking trails.

It was a pretty funny adventure and definitely a place we probably wouldn't ever go to just to get some sun and relax BUT adding the element of Henry being able to come with us and swim made it the perfect place
